Nikola Jokic delivered a masterful performance, overcoming a slow start to record a triple-double as the Denver Nuggets rallied from a 17-point deficit to defeat the New Orleans Pelicans 132-129 in overtime. Jokic, who was scoreless until late in the second quarter, finished with 27 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists. This marked his NBA-best 11th triple-double of the season. He scored 21 of his 27 points in the second half and overtime.
Jamal Murray also contributed 27 points, while Russell Westbrook added 21. Jokic was instrumental in overtime, scoring the Nuggets’ first three baskets and assisting on Aaron Gordon’s tiebreaking shot. They also outscored the Raptors in the paint (62-50) and in second-chance points (21-10).
Pacers 122, Kings 95
The Indiana Pacers dominated the Sacramento Kings with a balanced offensive attack, earning a decisive 122-95 victory. De’Aaron Fox led the Kings with a game-high 23 points and seven assists, while Domantas Sabonis posted a double-double with 17 points and a game-high 21 rebounds. Despite their efforts, the Kings fell to their third straight loss as Indiana controlled the game from start to finish.
